Xiaomi is all set to launch its new flagship Mi 11 smartphone series today. The smartphone said be to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 flagship chipset, and this is the first smartphone that will feature with the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset.
Mi 11 series is presently scheduled for launch in China, and there is no information yet on launching devices in other markets such as India. The company has already confirmed that the Mi11 series launch event will be held in China late today and scheduled launch event for 7:30pm local time and says must be active around 5:00pm Indian Standard Time (IST).
At the tech summit 2020 of Qualcomm Snapdragon, the Xiaomi had unveiled that Mi 11 smartphone will be the first phones to come with the Snapdragon 888 chipset. Since then, the company has released a benchmark score for the Mi 11, which has scored 1,135 points on a single core and 3,818 points on a multi-core.
The leaks suggest that the smartphone will come with a punch-hole display and curved screen. In terms of camera, the smartphone is expected to be packed with a triple camera set-up at the rear, including 108 MP primary sensors. Also, the smartphone will start with a 4500mAh battery pack with 55W fast charging support.
No charger in the retail box
Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun had earlier confirmed that the upcoming smartphone Mi 11 will not come with a charger adapter in the retail box. Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun confirmed this in his post of Weibo.
