Even Samsung’s own website has listed accessories that call the phone Galaxy S20, so it’s likely that you won’t be using the Galaxy S11 brand you originally expected.

In addition, the exposure of Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip will introduce a new folding phone.

Below is a summary of everything you’ve heard so far about the Samsung Galaxy S20 series, along with all the confirmed information along with the most important leaks and rumors.

Turning to page 2 of this article, you’ll find a list of phone series improvements inspired by the Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung Galaxy Note 10, Samsung Galaxy A80, and Galaxy Fold aspects.

Samsung Galaxy S20 announcement date and price:

The Samsung Galaxy S20 launch date was confirmed on Tuesday February 11 in San Francisco. It’s been almost a year since Samsung announced its trio of flagship Galaxy phones in 2019.

When can I actually buy the S20? You will receive a call on March 6 to register your next flagship phone on Samsung’s website. It’s likely to be a global release.

With respect to the Samsung Galaxy S20 price, the 2019 Galaxy S10 price started at £ 669 / $ 749 for the S10e, £ 799 / $ 899 for the S10, and £ 899 / $ 999 for the S10 Plus. This is our area, we’re talking about the launch price of the Galaxy S11, but we’ll have to wait for Samsung to decide higher or lower with the new handset deployment.

Max Weinbach of XDA developers said it will be the price of a new 5G Galaxy handset in the European market. Rumor has it that the S20 5G is € 900-1000. The S20 + 5G costs € 1050-1100 and the S20 Ultra 5G costs € 1300.

Samsung Galaxy S20 5G series rumored price:

Which phone?  UK leaked price Euros leaked price US leaked AT&T price Australia estimate

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G £1,149 €1,349 $1,299 AU$2,200

Samsung Galaxy S20 design:

We have now seen a lot of leaked renderings of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series, and there are variations among many things, but they all clearly show the same general idea.

November 2019 was when the images of the Samsung Galaxy S11 began to appear for the first time, and below you can find the best images that we think are correct.

Almost all renders point to the rear camera and there is a big bump in the upper left of the back of the phone. The exact layout is unclear, but some renders appear in systematic rows and others render messier.

Meanwhile, the hands-on image of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus believes that the leak will cause the lens and flash to be arranged in two rows on the camera bump. The chin under the display looks anxiously thick.

We also saw the case and image rendering of the screensaver that backs up these ideas, and the famous tipster Evan Blass recently posted a picture showing the back of the Galaxy S20 Plus and Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S20 display:

A big upgrade from the Galaxy S20 series would be 120 Hz refresh rate technology on screens that should provide smoother interaction than the 60 Hz found in the S10 range.

We’ve seen this technology leak on several occasions, but the best evidence is probably that developer XDA’s Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus actually has video evidence of the phone’s high refresh rate.

There is no guarantee that this will be included in all devices, but at least it is likely for the Galaxy S20 Plus.

The 120 Hz setting only seems available when the phone is in Full HD + resolution. This is the default setting for modern Samsung smartphones, but I think you can increase the resolution in WQHD + while still getting a refresh rate of 60 Hz.

Samsung Galaxy S20 camera:

We expect the Samsung Galaxy S20 range to have impressive photo equipment, but the S20 and S20 Plus are certainly very different from the S20 Ultra.

We saw an incredibly detailed specification dump, where three sources simultaneously revealed information about the cameras, and this gives us a huge overview of what to expect (if that’s true). All details are below in an easy to read the table:

Predictable Samsung Galaxy S20 series camera specs

Camera Samsung Galaxy               S20 Samsung Galaxy             S20  Plus Samsung Galaxy             S20 Ultra
      Main        12MP        12MP      108MP
      Telephoto        64MP        64MP      48MP
      Wide-angle        12MP        12MP      12MP
      Extras           ToF       ToF
    Front-facing               camera        10MP        10MP       40MP

Samsung Galaxy S20 battery lifecycle:

So far, it looks like the Samsung Galaxy S20 range will have impressive battery capacity. A major leak provided many details, including the cell sizes of the new phones.

He suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S20 will have a cell of 4000 mAh, the Galaxy S20 Plus will sport a cell of 4500 mAh and the Galaxy S20 Ultra will have one of 5000 mAh.

The fact that the battery is larger in the Ultra does not necessarily mean that it will last longer because this cell will have to supply more specifications in the device, including a larger screen.
