Xiaomi had launched the three modes of its RedmiBook laptops in the may this year. these laptops arrive with the latest Ryzen 4000 series chipsets. now the company is gearing up to launch the RedmiBook 16 with the newest 10th-Gen Intel Core chipset in its home market, China.
A teaser shared by the company, which has announced the same thing, confirms that the new RedmiBook 16 model with the latest Intel processors will be available on July 8.
The future RedmiBook 16 has been confirmed to feature the latest 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor based on the 10nm manufacturing process.
Apart from that, the company hasn’t disclosed anything now. But, like the 16 models with AMD Ryzen 4000 series processors, future RedmiBook 16 Intel-based models are expected to have the same set of specifications and features.
It is expected that the laptop will have 8/16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of SSD. There will also be an optional dedicated GPU for intensive graphics stuff. It also has a high screen-to-body ratio.
This laptop also includes a chiclet keyboard with 1.5mm of key travel, but without a backlight. It also comes with a 46Whr battery and a USB Type-C 65W adapter
The newly launched Ryzen 4000 series powered RediBook starts at 3,799 yuan (~$540) for the 13-inch model and costs up to 4,499 yuan (~$638) for the top-end variant of the 16-inch model.
We expect that the price of 16-inch models with Intel in the future will be over 3,999 yuan (~$566).
