Back in December 2020, Oppo had launched new flagship smartphone Reno series. Now the company has planned to launch new smartphone called the OPPO Reno 5K, which is expected to be launched on Thursday, February 25.
The specification of the smartphone has been leaked online, and the OPPO has confirmed the launch of the OPPO Reno 5K, which will become official on February 25 in China. They also list the device on China Telecom, which reveals most of the smartphone’s key specifications, but it doesn’t confirm any other details.
According to the list on the China Telecom website, the Oppo Reno 5K (with model number PEGM10) will be available for CNY 2,899 (around Rs 32,500) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and CNY 3199 (around Rs 35,900) for the 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model.
Oppo Reno 5K expected specifications
According to the list, the Oppo Reno 5K features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1,080×2,400 pixels, and in terms of camera, the phone has a expected to come with a 64 MP primary Camera, an 8 MP secondary sensor and 2MP + 2MP senor, respectively. In addition, the Oppo Reno 5K sports a 32MP front facing selfie camera sensor.
The device is also expected to have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. According to China Telecom, the Reno 5K also has a high-end variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone is expected to run Android 11 out-of-the-box with the ColorOS UI.
For connectivity, the device could offer support for 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth, GPS, USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has a 4,300mAh battery and can be 7.9mm thick and weigh 180 grams, the China Telecom site suggests.
