OnePlus launched its first wearable budget fitness tracker “OnePlus Band” in India

Finally, OnePlus has launched its first wearable tracker “OnePlus Band” In India. The key features of band include AMOLED display, blood oxygen (SpO2), heart rate monitoring and 13 built in exercise modes. The OnePlus Band works on Android at startup, but for iOS it is not capable. OnePlus said it will add compatibility with the iPhone later. The OnePlus Band carries out with the new OnePlus Health app, which allows users to track their daily activity, heart rate, and sleep data, along with 13 exercise modes.

OnePlus Band specifications

The OnePlus sports with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 126×294. The waterproof rating of the smart band is IP68. 5ATM rating means water resistance for 10 minutes at a depth of up to 50 meters.

OnePlus band comes with a series of sensors including a blood oxygen sensor, , gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, and an optical heart rate sensor. There are 13 exercise modes available in this fitness tracker that includes Indoor Run, Outdoor Run, Outdoor Walk, Fat Burn Run, Outdoor Cycling, Indoor Cycling, Elliptical Trainer, Rowing Machine, Cricket, Badminton, Pool Swimming, Yoga, and Free Training.

The OnePlus band is also capable of sleep tracking and continuous SpO2 monitoring that gives you comprehensive daily tracking data on your smartphone. OnePlus has also provided heart rate monitoring on the OnePlus Band, along with personalised heart-rate alerts. The band is touted to notify users of irregular readings. Under the hood, there is a 100mAh battery pack inside the fitness tracker, which the company claims will provide a battery life of up to two weeks.

OnePlus Band price 

The price of the OnePlus Band in India has been set for Rs.2,499, and it is available in Black colour option. The fitness band will go on sale from January 13 via OnePlus Store app,, Amazon, Flipkart, OnePlus exclusive offline stores and partner outlets. It will be available for sale from Red Cable Club members through the and OnePlus Store apps on January 12 from 9 am onwards. OnePlus also sells navy and tangerine grey wrist straps for the OnePlus band separately at Rs. 399 each
