Netflix will now be available in Hindi for the user on mobile, TV and Desktop

The popular video streaming platform, Netflix is now available in Hindi User Interface (UI) for those who prefer the localized language in India. This feature will allow Netflix users to discover and access content across its library of Indian and international films and series in the Hindi language. 

The new Hind User Interface (UI) is now available in the Hindi language across all apps, mobile, Desktop, and TV. all content in the Netflix including the sign-up, title names, description, search, and payment is now available in the Hindi language. 

Users can easily turn on this feature by going to Manage Profiles > Language on any device. you can also find the option on the Welcome screen, this option is placed on the footer widget area of the website.

Language settings are profile-specific, so you don’t have to worry about other members, it doesn’t affect the other member’s settings. Netflix allows up to 5 members in one account. All five members can use their preferred language. this feature also available for the user out of the Indian. 

“Delivering a great Netflix experience is as important to us as creating great content. We believe the new user interface will make Netflix even more accessible and better suit members who prefer Hindi.” Monika Shergill, VP-Content, Netflix India, said in a statement.

Netflix’s Hindi interface will be available worldwide, not limited to Indian members. It has over the years extended the UI to more than 20 languages, including Arabic, Korean, Spanish, Turkish, and more.

The company recently unveiled a lineup of 17 stories, including Ludo, A Suitable Boy, Mismatched, and the forthcoming film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, which will be released on August 12. Netflix is experimenting with new features such as show and movie playback speeds, which are currently being tested and will soon be available to Android users.

The Indian platform recently also introduced a new economic plan for HD content at Rs 349 and plans to make Netflix accessible across mobile, tablets, and computers. The new pricing plan will take place after the platform launched its mobile plan in India last year at Rs 199. However, as the name implies, mobile plans have restricted users’ access to other devices.
