Homemade brand Lava has launched the Lava X2, an affordable smartphone in India. Lave’s new low-cost smartphone features such as a 6.5-inch HD + display, 5,000mAh battery, fingerprint scanner, and facial recognition. This is the company’s first X-series smartphone specifically designed to meet budget needs. Lava X2 is available in two colour options, blue and cyan. The price of the Lava X2 is set at Rs.6,999. Pre-orders for smartphones have already started on the Amazon India website. We also offer a discount of Rs.400 for customers who book Lava X2 before sale. This will reduce the price to 6,599 rupees. Advance reservations will continue until March 11th.
The Lava X2 features a 6.5-inch HD + display with a 20: 9 aspect ratio and a water drop-style notch on the front for storing selfie cameras. The smartphone has an unidentified octa-core MediaTek processor combined with 2GB of RAM. Lava does not specify an operating system to run Lava X2, so the device is expected to run the Android operating system. For storage, the device has up to 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD card to increase storage space.
Speaking of camera specifications, the Lava X2 has a dual camera setup on the back. The camera setup includes an 8MP main sensor along with an unnamed secondary camera. The handset is equipped with a 5MP front shooter for selfies.
Dual SIM smartphones are backed up by a 5000mAh battery, which is said to take 3.45 hours to fully charge with the included adapter. According to the company, the phone offers up to 38 hours of talk time on a 4G network and 10.5 hours of YouTube playback with full display brightness on a single charge. Smartphones may compete with Tecno Pop 5 LTE in the same price range. The Pop 5 LTE smartphone costs 6,799 rupees and has a 6.5-inch HD + display, a 5000 mAh battery, and an 8MP dual rear camera.
