Apple has launched a premium over-ear headphones, AirPods Max over-ear headphone in India. The company has announced the AirPods Max worldwide and will start shipping worldwide and India on December 15th. AirPods Max Over-Ear Headphones are available in India with five color options: Green, Blue, Space Gray, Pink and Silver. The product is already listed on the online store by Apple.
Apple AirPods Max offers Hi-Fi audio, adaptive EQ, active noise canceling, transparent mode, and spatial audio. “By combining a custom acoustic design with a powerful H1 chip and advanced software, AirPods Max can use computational audio to deliver the ultimate personal listening experience wirelessly,” said Apple’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing.
Inspired by the Apple Watch, AirPods Max has integrated controls such as digital crown for fine-tune volume, play and pause music, skip tracks and handle calls. Each earpiece comes with a 40 mm audio driver.
The company claims that “with its unique dual neodymium ring magnet motor, AirPods Max can maintain over 1% total harmonic distortion over the entire audio range, even at maximum volume.
These headphones feature the capacity of the H1 chip with up to 9 billion calculations per second to manage adaptive EQ, noise canceling, transmission modes, and spatial audio options with 10 million cores.
AirPods Max has a digital crown right for playing / pausing / skipping tracks, activating Siri, and precise volume control, apart from a assigned noise control button to shift between ANC mode and transparent mode. Wireless headphones claim that with ANC enabled, you can achieve up to 20 hours of listening time on a single charge. According to Apple, a five-minute charging time requires about an hour and a half of listening time.
Apple AirPods Max is available for the Rs.59,900 that was the company has already listed on the Apple online store. The product is available for purchase starting from the December 15 through the store and other Apple resellers.
