Amazon announced two new Fire TV devices at its annual product event. The new device includes an updated version of the existing Fire TV Stick and a Lite version. This updated version of the Fire TV Stick now comes with a faster 1.7GHz quad-core processor with a better GPU that can run apps. This makes the Fire TV Stick 50 per cent faster than the previous Fire TV Stick version.
It also includes new dual-band, dual-antenna Wi-Fi for faster and more stable connections. The standard stick has a 1080p limit of 60Hz but now supports HDR10, HDR10 and HLG content. It also supports Dolby Atmos for its fulfilling. The device comes with a full 4K version of the Alexa Voice remote control.
According to Amazon, both support high dynamic range (HDR) playback and full HD streaming. that, the Fire TV Stick also supports 5GHz WiFi networks, which provides for better stable streaming quality.
